| 摘 要： | 博士后制度在我国已经实施20年,随着博士后招收数量的增加,规范管理制度、提高培养质量尤为重要。为使博士后做出创造性的科研成果,必须加强博士后科研工作的监督和管理,并鼓励博士后在高水平的学术环境里,在竞争的环境中独立开展科学研究工作。

| Abstract: | The system of postdoctor training has been implemented for 20 years.With the increases in recruits,it's very important to standard the control system and improve the postdoctor training quality.To achieve creative results in scientific research,it is necessary to enhance the supervises and control of postdoctor technique and research work and encourage their obtain capability of research independently in competitive and academic environment. |
