美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗痔外剥内扎术后创面疗效观察

目的:对美宝湿润烧伤膏、凡士林油纱外用治疗痔外剥内扎术后创面的疗效进行比较分析,判断其优劣.方法:将2005年1月～2009年11月我院治疗的188例痔外剥内扎术后的患者分为治疗组和对照组,均采用相同的全身治疗方法,治疗组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏外用,对照组采用凡士林油纱外用.通过跟踪随访,在平均愈合时间、治愈率两方面进行判断分析,比较优劣.结果:治疗组平均愈合时间、治愈率两方面均优于对照组.结论:外用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗痔外剥内扎术后创面疗效优于凡士林油纱.

Effect Observation of MEBO Ointment in Treating Post-operation Wound of Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy

Objective ： To compare the efficacy of MEBO oil gauze and Vaseline gauze in treating post - operation wound of milligan - morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Method： 188 patients with milligan - morgan hemorrhoidctomy hospitalized in the period of Jan. 2005 - Nov. 2009 were divided into testing group and control group. MEBO Ointment was used in the testing group and Vaseline oil gauze was used in the control group. But, same system treatment was applied to both groups. By following - up, the average wound healing time and cure rate were compared. Result ： The average wound heal- ing time and cure rate in MEBO treatment group were superior to that of the control group. ConcLusion： MEBO ointment is superior to Vaseline in treating post - operation wound of milligan - morgan Hemorrhoideetomy.
