王蒲生教授治疗小儿久咳的经验

王蒲生教授认为小儿久咳的发生与肺脾气虚、痰湿阻肺，肺肾阴虚、易感风邪，以及脾肾亏虚、胃阴不足、津不上承等因素有关。治疗上重视健脾补肺、培土生金，益肺滋肾、祛风通络，滋肾运脾、养胃生津，宣肺活血通络等疗法的运用，并配合对症用药，取得较好的临床疗效。

Prof.Wang Pusheng's Experience on the Treatment of Protracted Cough

Prof.Wang considered that the protracted infantile cough is related to qi-deficiency of lung and spleen,stagnation of phlegm-damp in the lung, yin-deficiency of lung and kidney, susceptibility of pathogenic wind,deficiency of spleen and kidney,insufficiency of stomach-yin and failure of body fluid transporting upwards.The therapeutical principle aimed at strengthening the spleen,replenishing the lung,benefiting the lung,nourishing the kidney,expelling wind,activating collaterals,nourishing the stomach,promoting the production of body fluid,releasing stagnated lung-qi and activating blood circulation and collaterals.Drugs were applied according to syndrome differentiation so that a better clinical effect was obtained.
