| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种适用性强、敏感性高的乙型肝炎(乙肝)表面抗原检测方法。方法在乙肝表面抗原与相应抗体特异性反应的基础上，逐步加入生物素化抗体、亲合素-DM耦联物，PCR扩增相应的DNA标记，通过检测DNA来反映相应抗原的量。结果免疫PCR检测敏感度为常规酶联免疫试剂盒的300倍。结论免疫PCR是一种适用于乙肝表面抗原的、高度敏感的检测方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The experiment was designed to research a detection method for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) with wide application and high sensitivity.Method On the base of antibody reacting specially with HBsAg,biotinylated antibody and avidin DNA conjugate were added in step by step.The relevant antigen was indicated by amplification and detection of DNA.Result The sensitivity of immuno PCR was 300 times as sensitive as that of conventional ELISA.Conclusion Immuno PCR was a very sensitive detection method for HBsAg. |
