| 摘 要： | 目的探讨介入放射学在肝癌破裂治疗中的应用。方法1例肝癌破裂腹腔内大出血病人经超选肝癌供血动脉明胶海绵颗粒栓塞后进行肝癌切除术。结果经肝癌供血动脉明胶海绵颗粒栓塞后,剖腹探查可见肝癌破裂处出血停止,故得以从容清除腹腔内积血,并进一步行肝癌切除术。结论介入放射学在肝癌破裂剖腹探查及肝癌切除术中起到重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effect of interventional radiology for treatment of HCC(hepato- cellular carcinoma)rupture.Methods We have successfully controlled HCC rupture 1 case with bleeding and resected,after vascular thrombosis by gelatin sponge pellets.Results During operation we found HCC bleeding was controlled after vascular thrombosis by gelatin sponge pellets,than had removed blood clots and completed resected HCC.Conclusion Interventional radiology acts as important role in exploring or resec- ting for HCC rupture. |
