口腔健康教育对维护种植义齿卫生的影响

目的：探讨口腔健康教育对种植义齿清洁卫生的影响。方法：对52枚BLB种植体，其中11例共28枚种植体上制作的精密附着体，8例共24枚种植体上制作的会简冠患者进行义齿染色，以健康教育的方式指导患者口腔健康行为，并用染色办法检查健康指导前后义齿清洁度的变化。结果：口腔保健指导后，基台、内、外冠之间，内冠颈缘，栓体栓道处，舌侧俯状卡环，义内边缘，人工牙间隙、义齿组织面软组织区，清洁度有明屈的变化。结论：口腔健康教育在种植义齿清洁中起着重要的作用。

The effects of oral healthy education on maintaining cleaning of implant denture

Objective: Oral health education given by doctors and nurses were investigated in order to know whether it had any effects on the cleaning implant denture. Methods: 52BLB implants, 11 patients with telescope denture and 8 patients with precision attachment denture in this random study. Strengthen healthy education was used to advise patient's behaviors, then the difference of the denture cleaning before and after healthy guidance was examined by staining the dentures. Results: Abutment,the infected degree of bacterial plaque in sleeve coping and secondary crown, artificial teeth space. marginal gingival, the tissue area of base had statistically changed after healthy guidance. Conclusion: Oral healthy education could be playing on important role in implant denture cleaning.
