| 摘 要： | 目的探讨弥漫性轴索损伤（diffuseaxonalinjury，DAI）的诊治方法。方法回顾性分析我科2008年1月至2009年6月收治的36例DAI患者影像学特点和临床诊治资料。结果随访半年，死亡9例（25%），植物生存5例03．8％），重残11例（30．5％），轻残7例（194％），恢复良好者仅4例（11．1％）。结论DAI的，晦床表现与影像学表现不相符，两者结合可以诊断DAI；治疗采用综合治疗，早期高压氧治疗是一种有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic standard and treatment of cerebral diffuse axonal injury （DAI）. Methods The clinical materials and imaging display of 36 cases of DAI from January 2008 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After half a year, 9 cases（25%） died, 5 cases（13.8%） with subcortical survival, 11 cases（30.5%） with severe deficits, 7 cases（19.4%） with low disability, only 4 cases（ll.l%） got a good recovery. Conclusion The clinical manifestation does not totally coincide with the imaging display of DAI. Combining with clinical manifestation and CT scanning, the diagnosis of DAI can be made. The treatment of DAI is comprehensive. Early hyperbaric oxygen treatment is effective. |
