复发性吉兰-巴雷综合征的电生理表现分析

摘    要:
目的:探讨复发性吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)患者的神经电生理特点。方法:对6例复发性GBS患者分别在复发急性期、初发急性期、缓解期(急性发作治疗后半年或以上)进行肌电图(EMG)、神经传导速度等神经电生理检测,并对结果进行分析、比较。结果:GBS患者复发期神经电生理异常率稍高于初发期,但二者除在感觉传导速度比较有差异外(P〈0.05),其余无统计学差异;而复发期、初发期与缓解期比较,差异有显著意义(P〈0.01)。结论:复发性GBS患者复发朗神经电生理符合经典GBS特点,缓解期基本正常;但每次发作并非原有疾病简单的重复发作。

The analysis of the electrophysiological features in patients with recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome

Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the electrophysiological features of patients with recurrent Guillain-Barre syndrome (rGBS). Methods: The electrophysiological data of 6 patients with rGBS was analized, including the observation of electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction and F-wave and H reflex in three different states of acute recurrent phase, initial acute phase , and remission phase for more than six months after acute treatment. Results: The electrophysiological abnormality rate of the rGBS group was slightly higher than that of the initial group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups, although there existed some difference between the rGBS group and the initial group in sensory nerve conductional velocity(SCV)(P〈0.05) ;The two groups of rGBS and initial GBS compared with the remission group was significantly different (P〈0.01 ). Conclusion: The electrophysiological characteristics of rGBS in the relapse state is similar with the typical rGBS , while the remission state of electrophysiology is normal; It is not a simple repetition of the original disease with each attack.
