竹叶椒的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:分析竹叶椒果实化学成分,为竹叶椒的开发利用提供依据。方法:运用溶剂提取及硅胶柱色谱进行分离,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果与结论:从竹叶椒果实的脂溶性部位分离得到了8个化合物,鉴定了其中的6个化合物,分别是化合物1香柑内酯、化合物2伞形花内酯、化合物3菌芋碱、化合物4山奈酚、化合物5(3,5-Diacetyltambulin)、化合物6(Zanthonitrile);其中山奈酚系首次从花椒属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To analyse the chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.METHODS:Compounds were isolated by solvent extraction and column chromatography with silica gel and their structures were elucidated by chemical eviˉdence and spectral analysis.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:8compounds were isolated and6compounds elucidated as Bergarpten,Umbelliferone,Skimmianine,Kaempferol,3,5-Diacetyltambulin and Zanthonitrile.Kaempferol were isolated from Zanthoxrylum Linn for the first time.
