硬化患者血浆内皮素-1与门脉高压的关系

目的探讨肝硬化患者血浆内皮素-1水平变化与门脉高压的关系.方法用放射免疫法测定40例肝硬化患者(其中20例合并腹水)和15例正常人的血浆内皮素-1水平,同时应用B超测定门静脉宽度,应用胃镜测食管静脉宽度.结果肝硬化患者血浆内皮素-1水平比对照组明显增高,合并腹水患者比无腹水患者增高明显;门静脉、食管静脉宽度随内皮素-1水平增高而增宽.结论肝硬化患者血浆内皮素-1可能在门脉高压形成中起重要作用,内皮素与食管静脉曲张的形成有密切关系.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF PLASMA ENDOTHELIN-1 OF CIRRHOTIC PATIENTS WITH PORTAL HYPERTENSION

Objective To investigate relationship of plasma endothelin - 1 levels with portal hypertension in cirrhotic patients. Methods The plasma endothelin-1 levels were meassured, by using radioimmunoassoy in 40 Cirrhotic patients, in relation to ascites 20 patients of them and 15 normal controls. Meanwhile, brigtness mode meassured the width of portal vein and gast roscope meassured the width of esophagus vein. Results Plasma endothelin-1 Levels significantantly increased in cirrhotic patients compared with normal controls and those of cirrhotics with ascites were also higher. The width of portol vein and esophagus becomed wider companied with imcrasing of end othelin-1 levels. Conclusions The plasma endothelin-1 of ci rrhotic patients has a possibly significant action on the formation of portal hy perension and increasing of endothelin-1 has close relationship with formation of esophagus vein tortuosity.
