| 摘 要： | 椎间盘退变是机体退变的一部分，是一个不可逆的过程。干细胞，如间充质干细胞，具有自我更新增殖和多向分化的潜能，理论上可以分化为新生的椎间盘，恢复椎间盘的生理功能。因此间充质干细胞移植可以成为治疗椎间盘退变的新的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Intervertebral disc degeneration is part of the body, and an irreversible process. Stem cells, such as mesenchymal stem cells, have the potential of self-renewal, proliferation and multiplex differentiation, and can develop into regenerate disc to recover the physiological function of intervertebral disc theoretically. Therefore, mesenchymal stem cell transplantation will be a new treatment of disc degeneration. |
