| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用MTT法测定秋水仙碱在体外是否具有抑制G422胶质瘤细胞生长的作用。方法采用MTT法测定经小鼠体内传代的G422胶质瘤细胞标本对6种不同浓度秋水仙碱的体外敏感性。结果不同浓度的秋水仙碱对G422胶质瘤细胞株的生长均有一定的抑制作用，瘤细胞生长抑制率随着药物浓度增大而呈增高的趋势。结论秋水仙碱在体外具有抑制G422胶质瘤细胞生长的作用，为下一步体内实验提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of colchicine to the G422 glioma cell in vitro with colorimetric MTT assay.Methods In vitro,sensitivities of 6 different concentrations of colchicine were determined by MTT method in G422 glioma which spread generation in the mice body.The G422 glioma cells were plated in 96-well tissue culture plates and incubated for 48h with colchicine.Results The growth of the G422 glioma cell can be restrained by 6 different concentrations of colchicine.The rate of restraining grow... |
