162例肺癌误诊肺结核鉴别诊断探讨

目的提高对肺癌的早期认识。方法回顾分析被误诊的肺癌病人的临床特点，X－线及CT影像分析，病理细胞学检查，纤支镜检查刷检和组织取材活检临床资料。结果162例肺癌患者被误诊为肺结核入院，经X-线、CT影像学、病理学等检查被确诊为肺癌，使病人延误诊断及治疗。结论误诊原因，绝大多数病人发病时，症状及X线、CT影像学检查等不典型，或细菌学及细胞学检查不及时，及当地医疗条件设施不足或认识欠缺等。

162-case study on differential diagnosis of lung cancer misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis
