老年人迟发性癫痫的临床与背景脑电图变化研究

目的探讨老年人癫痫的发病原因、临床特点和背景EEG的变化规律.方法对98例≥60岁临床确诊为癫痫病患者的临床症状、病史、辅助检查进行统计.结果病因明确85例(86.73%),单纯部分性发作12例,复杂性部分性发作32例,复杂性部分性发作发展为全部性发作24例,全部性发作26例,不能分类的发作4例.EEG异常77例,有痫波放电9例,47例睡眠诱发中11例(23.4%)出现痫样波放电.结论老年人迟发性癫痫多数病因明确,发作形式为复杂部分性发作,EEG异常率高,但痫样波异常放电率低,应重视睡眠诱发.

CLINICAL FEATURES AND CHANGES OF EEG BACKGROUND ACTIVITIES IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH LATE ONSET SEIZURE

Objective:To explore the etiology,clinical features and the changes rule of the background activities of the electroencephalgraphy(EEG) in elderly patients with late onset seizure.Methods:Clinical features,history and assisting examination item in 98 cases with clinical defined seizures who was over 60y were investigated.Results:Except 4 caser who coulant be claszfied clearly,Etiology could be determined in 85(86.73%),there were simple partial seizures,32 complex partial ones 24 cases from complex partial seizure developing to generalized one.EEG abnormality was 78.57%,discharges of epileptic wave appeared in 9 caser,11 of 47 patients were recorded during aleep to reveal epileptic discharges.Conclusion:The etiology of elderly patients with late onset seizure would be confirmed in majority subjects.The main pattern of seizure was complex partial one Though the rate of abnormal EEG was high,the discharge rate of epileptiform was lower.Discharge delivered during sleep is arimnorant feature of the disease.
