摘    要:目的:探讨壳聚糖对复方芍黄口服液絮凝沉淀效果及对主要成分芍药苷、大黄素提取的影响.方法:以平行试验测定水煎絮凝澄清液、水煎醇沉液、水煎自然沉淀液的芍药苷含量及相关成分的保留情况;以留样观察考察其澄清度的稳定性.结果:壳聚糖有较好的澄清效果,对主要成分的保留效果好,对芍药苷保留率为88.7%,高于醇沉法86.4%;澄清度稳定性比醇沉法略差,但符合制剂质量要求.结论:壳聚糖可替代醇沉法用于复方芍黄口服液沉淀分离.

Abstract:OBJECTVIE To study the flocculating efficiency of chitosan to the compound Shaohuang oral solution and the influence to the active ingredients including Paeoniflorinin and emodin. METHODS The pellucid solution of spontaneous precipition, alcoholprecipitation and chitosan-precipitation in water decoction was tested to determine the concentration of the active ingredients such as paeoniflorinin using the parallel trial. Their stabilities were investigated. RESULTS Chitosan can efficiently reserve paeoniflorinin at the rate of 88. 7%, 86. 4 % higher than alcohol-precipitation, and meet the requirement of the preparations, but less stable. CONCLUSlON Chitosan precipitation can be used in place of alcohol-precipitation for the precipitaion of compound Shaohuang oral solution.
