| 摘 要： | 应用微波幅射SP方法检测100例胃癌中CD_(34)表达。结果:低分化胃癌组和进展期Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌微血管密度(MVD)明显高于高分化胃癌组和I期胃癌(P<0.001);有淋巴结转移胃癌MVD明显高于淋巴结未转移胃癌(P<0.001),提示:MVD与胃癌组织学特征和转移密切相关,MVD可能是一个预测胃癌预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | The expression of CD34 in 100 gastric carcinoma cases was detected by streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method.The results indicated that MVD was higher in poorly differentiated in advanced stage and in node positive cases(P <0.01).The data suggests that:MVD has positive relation with clinicopathologic feature and metastasis of lymphonodes. MVD may be accepted as an important factor judging prognosis in gastric carcinoma. |
