胆囊息肉样病变47例报道

本文报道1986～1989年6月手术治疗胆囊息肉样病变47例、占同期胆囊切除术5.5%。共有息肉样病变134个、单发性13例、多发性34例。息肉直径大小2～17mm。病理检查结果:腺瘤样息肉8例,胆固醇性息肉28例,炎性息肉6例,腺肌瘤样增生5例。合并胆囊结石者4例,术前主要诊断方法为B型超声波检查。

POLYPOID LESIONS OF THE GALLBLADDER (A report of 47 cases)

This article reports 47 cases of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder treated in our hospital from January 1986 through June ,1989, comprising 5.5% of the cholecystectomy during the same period of time. The patients consist of 28 females and 19 males, aged 24~59 with an average of 38.6 years. The polypoid lesions of the gallbladder were found in association with 134 polyps, the diame- ters of which were between 2 and 17 mm. Among them were single polyps in 13, multiple polyps in 34, and Polyps in the gallbladder body in 109. The pathological histology revealed that benign adenomyoma polyps were present in 8, cholesterol polyps in 28, inflammatory polyps in 6 and adenomyoma malignancy in 5, Coexisting gallstones occurred in 4(8.5%). The duration of illness varied from 26 days to 13 years. on examination 1/47 cases had right epigastric colic pain, fever, nausea and vomit, and 39/47 had indigestion and right epigastric discomfort. The remaining seven eases were associated with no symptoms. The authors take the view that all adenomatous and tumorous lesions but gallbladder malignancy should be correctly termed as polypoid lesions of the gallbladder.
