| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对颅脑重症病人的营养支持效果。方法将32例颅脑重症损伤病人随机分为早期肠内营养支持(EEN)组和延迟肠内营养支持(DEN)组各16例。EEN组入院后给予肠外营养支持(PN),早期24 h内给予肠内营养支持(EN)。DEN组伤后立即给予PN支持,72 h后根据情况给予EN支持。在入院第1天和第7天监测病人的营养指标。结果入院时2组患者营养指标无显著差异,治疗7 d后2组患者营养指标均下降,EEN组白蛋白明显高于DEN组(P0.05)。结论颅脑重症损伤患者早期进行均衡EN支持治疗,可改善患者的营养状况,降低感染的发生率。
