| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨双J管在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术中作内引流的临床疗效。方法：应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石技术治疗输尿管结石118例，常规放置双J管。结果：双J管引流可靠，无1例发生堵管或并发泌尿系感染情况。结论：双J管固定可靠，无滑脱之忧，有助结石排出，减少并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate clinical use of double J tube as an endo-sent in the Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of urinary calculi.Methods:118 patients with stone in ureter were treated with the above-mentioned lithotriptor routine indwelling double J tube.Results:Double J tube drainage has been perfect with no occurrence of tube occlusion and free from urinary infection.Conclusion:Double J tube could be reliably kept in place and well retained with no dislocation of the tube ever observed.Help urinary calculi pass spontaneously and reduce complication happened |
