慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者康复训练的疗效观察

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者康复训练的疗效。方法80例COPD稳定期患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗组加用康复训练，在治疗前后分别对患者的血气分析、肺功能检测结果进行比较。结果治疗后治疗组血气分析及肺功能与治疗前比较有明显提高，与对照组相应指标比较，差异有统计学意义（均为P〈0．05）。结论COPD稳定期患者应用康复训练，可明显提高患者的康复效果。

Observation on the effectiveness of rehabilitation for chronic obstructive pulmonary patients in the stable period

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of rehabilitation for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in the stable period.Methods Eighty cases of stable COPD patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,the patients in control group of were given conventional treatment,while those in rehabilitation treatment group were trained before and after the blood gas analysis,lung function test results were compared.Results After treatment,blood gas analysis and lung function in rehabilitation treatment group were significantly improved compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions It can improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation for COPD patients in the stable period with rehabilitation treatment.
