静脉输液港在临床应用中的常见问题与对策

目的分析静脉输液港应用中的问题，为临床提供参考，更好地保证静脉输液港为长期化疗和其他静脉治疗患者提供有效的通路。方法对我科2007年3月至2008年2月的57例静脉输液港护理工作中遇到的问题及对策进行总结。结果57例留置静脉输液港患者共出现问题16例次，以无法抽回血为主，占21．05％，各个部位肿胀也是留置静脉输液港应用中的常见问题。结论静脉输液港管理不规范、护士经验不足是造成静脉输液港常见问题的原因，提示通过人员培训、规范管理制度、加强感染及安全管理等措施，提高静脉输液港的护理质量，进而达到提高患者生活质量的目的。

The problems and countermeasures in the application of venous port access

Objective To analyze the problems in the application of venous port access （VPA） , and thereby to ensure the use of VPA for patients with long - term chemotherapy or other infusion treatment. Method The problems and countermeasures in the application of VPA for 57 patients from Mar. 2007 to Feb. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Result Among the 57 patients who used VPA, 16 cases of problems occurred. Most of the problems were failure to drawing back blood （21.05%） and tumidness. Conclusions The main reasons were nonstandard management in the use of VPA and deficiency of experience. It is suggested to provide staff training,standardize the management of VPA, strengthen infection control and safety management to improve the quality of nursing for patients with VPA and thereby to promote patients＇ quality of life.
