| 摘 要： | 为了研究干扰素自然杀伤细胞系统在病毒性肝炎发病机制中的作用，本文对４０例急性肝炎，２１例慢性肝炎和６例重症肝炎病人及１９名献血员外周血ＮＫ细胞活力和ＩＦＮ－γ 外诱生能力进行观察，结果表明急肝病人ＮＫ细胞活力与正常对照比较明显降低，慢肝病珍ＮＫ活力亦低下但无显著性差别两者ＩＦＮ－γ体外生能力与正常对照比较无差别，降低的ＮＫ细胞活力与ＩＦＮ－γ活力无相关关系。重症肝炎病人ＮＫ活 ＩＦＮ＿γ

| Abstract: | The rule of interferon-natural killer cells system in pathogenesis of viral hepatitis B were studied in total 67 patients with viral hepatitis B, among them 40 were acute,21 were chronic and 6 were severe hepatitis and 19 h ealthy blood donors The results showed that activity of NK cells as lower in patients with acute hepatitis B than that in normal controls (P<0.01),decreased NK cells activity was seen in patients with chronic hepatitis comparing with normal controls,but no signification(P>0.05) there was no significant difference of the ability of induce of IFN gamma in both groups comparing with normal control However,the activities of both NK cells and IFN-gamma in patients with severe hepatitis and their activity was co-related with the prognosis of severe heptitis The study suggested that NK cells and interferon-gamma may pay play important role in the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis B |
