慢肾灵口服液治疗慢性肾炎的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF TREATMENT OF CHROMIC NEPHRITIS BY MANSHENLING KOUFUYE

The curative effect of Manshenling koufnye efficacious oral liguor combatting chronic nephritis on choronic nephritis was compared with that of Manshenbao and Cortisone. The results showed that the marked effective rate and the overall effective rate of Mansenling koufuye groap (68% and 90% respectively) were significantly higher (P<0. 01) in comparison with that of control groups. This koufuye is more suitable to yin-deficieney of liver and kidney, vital energy deficiency of lung and spleen, and yang-deficiency of spleen and kidney types. Manshenling koufuye is composed of 11 herbal medicines, such as astragalus root, dried rehmannia root, cinnamom twig motherwort patrinia, poria, etc. This recipe is directed against the deficiency of healthy energy as well as the excess of evil. Its therapeutic principle is to treat the cause and the symptoms of the disease simultaneously, with the later as the main purpose.
