桃红四物汤加减治疗Pilon骨折术后创面感染疗效临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗Pilon骨折术后创面感染的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011-2013间有随访记录的50例Pilon骨折术后感染患者,中药桃红四物汤内服外敷配合抗生素局部治疗30例为A组;常规消毒配合抗生素局部治疗20例为B组。通过平均住院时间、创口愈合情况及踝关节Mazur评分进行回顾性研究。结果:A组平均住院天数20.5天,B组26.5天。A组痊愈20例,显效7例,有效3例,无效0例,总有效率100%;B组痊愈11例,显效3例,有效6例,无效0例,总有效率100%。A组Mazur踝关节功能评分优良率86.6%,B组80.0%。结论:中药桃红四物汤加减内服外敷配合抗生素局部治疗Pilon骨折术后创面感染患者疗效优于单纯抗生素治疗组,明显缩短患者住院时间并显著改善患者踝关节功能。

Comparison between two approaches for the treatment of 50 pilon fracture patients with incision infection

Objeetive： Curreut treatment of distal tibia pilon fractures remains diffieult owing to the wound complications. Here we make a comparison between two approaches for the treatment of ineisinn infection of patients with pilon fraetures.Methods： A retrospective analysis of case notes were performed, through reviewing 50 patients＇ clinical records that diagnosed as pilon fractures with incision infcction dnring the period of 2011 to 2013. 50 patients were divided into 2 groups： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western antibiotic treatment for 30 patients： Routine disinfection combined with western antibiotic treatment tot 20 patients. The conclusion was get through observing the length of stay （LOS）, incision healing rale and the tunctional evaluation of ankle joint.Results： The LOS for the traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotic treatment group is 20.5 days while routine disinfection accompanied with western antibiotic treatment group is 26.5 days. Incision healing occurrence rate is 100% for both of the treatment groups. The Mazur ankle fnnctional score for the single lateral incision is 86.6% while the combined incision group is 80.0%.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotic treatment is a useful and advantageous approach when compared with the routine disinfeetion accompanied with westerrl antibiotic treatment.
