| 摘 要： | 应用免疫金银染色技术(IGSS)首次在国内报道诊断华支睾吸虫病的研究。初次探索方法时曾检测50份华支睾吸虫病人血清,46份阳性反应,阳性率92％,间接萤光抗体(IFAT)阳性率为74％。第2次适当改进方法,检测40份病人血清,阳性率为100％,40份正常人血清,假阳性率为0,可疑为2.5％,显示IGSS对华支睾吸虫病人血清的检测,具有很高的特异性和敏感性。

| Abstract: | This is the first report on the use of immunogold-silver method ( IGSS ) in the study of clonorchlasis in China. Initially this method was employed to dected antibodies in sera from 50 clonorchiasis patients; 46 sera were found to be positive with a positivity rate of 92%. In contrast, the rate of positivity simultaneously obtained through IFAT for comparison was only 74%. Following adequate improvement, IGSS was used to examine another set of sera from 40 patients; the positivity rate was 100%. When the improved IGSS was used to examine 40 samples of normal serum, the rate of false positivity was zero and only 1 case (or 2.5% ) was found to be doubtful. These results suggest that IGSS is highly specific and sensitive in assaying anti-Clonorchis antibody in patients. |
