住院患者医院感染监测报告

目的了解医院感染状况及其影响因素,以便加强医院感染管理。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2009年医院住院患者病例资料进行了调查分析。结果 2009年该医院住院患者19 909人,发生医院感染177例,感染发病率为0.93%。在177例感染病人中,呼吸道感染占60.45%。医院感染高危人群为恶性肿瘤病人,血液和造血系统疾病的患者;医院感染高发科室为重症监护病房、血液科、消化科、老年病科等。结论该医院的院内感染发病率低于国内平均水平,医院感染部位以呼吸道为主,医院感染高危人群明确,必须有重点地加强管理和重点人群和部位的消毒隔离。

THE SURVEILLANCE REPORT OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION IN PATIENT

Objective To understand nosocomial infections and influential factors in order to strengthen the management of hospital infection.Methods The retrospective survey was used to investigate and analyze the case information of inpatients in this hospital in 2009.Results During 2009,there were 177 cases of hospital infections happened among 19 909 patients in the hospital and the infection incidence was 0.93%.Respiratory tract infections accounted for 60.45% of all the hospital infections.Patients at high risk of hospital infections were cancer patients,patients of the blood and hematopoietic system disorders;hospital departments at high risk of hospitals infections were intensive care unit,hematology,gastroenterology,geriatrics,and so on.Conclusions The rate of nosocomial infection in this hospital is lower than that of the national average and respiratory tract is the main infectious place.Patients at risk of hospital infection are clear,so there must be focus on strengthening management and on the disinfection and isolation of emphasis patients and places.
