| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿重症肺炎的护理方法。方法随机将80例小儿重症肺炎患儿分为干预组和对照组,每组各40例。两组患儿接受同样的常规治疗。对干预组实施特殊护理干预,对照组采用一般常规护理。比较两组患儿病情转归情况。结果干预组患儿病死率低于对照组(P<0.05)差异显著,有统计意义。干预组住院时间比对照组住院时间要短。结论特殊高效的护理方法可有效降低小儿重症肺炎的病死率,加快病情好转,缩短住院时间。
