| 摘 要： | 为了解慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）患者血浆胃动素水平对胆囊运动功能的影响，通过Ｂ超测定了１７例正常人和２２例ＣＲＦ患者口服红霉素前后，胆囊运动功能的变化；并采用放射免疫分析法测定两组空腹血浆胃动素。结果显示：ＣＲＦ组空腹胆囊体积（ＦＧＶｓ）和剩余胆囊体积明显小于正常组（Ｐ均〈０．０１），但两组最大排空率差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５），口服红霉素后正常组ＦＧＶｓ和剩余胆囊体积均明显减少（Ｐ均〈０．０５），

| Abstract: | Inordertostudytherelationshipbetweenplasmamotilinandmotilityofgelbladderinpa-tientswithchronicrenalfailure(CRF).Galbladdervolumersweredeterminedwithultrasoundin17normalsubjectsand22patientswithCRF.Fastinggalbladdervolumes(FGVs)andpostprandialresidualgalblad-dervolumesinpatientswithCRFweremuchsmalerthanthoseofmormalsubjects(P<0.01,P<0.01)TherewasnosignificantdiferenceofmaximalpercentageemptyingofgalbladderbetweennormalsubjectsandpatientswithCRF(P>0.05).In17normalsubjectsoralerythromycinadministrationreduceFGVsandpostprandialresidualgalbladdervolumes(P<0.05,P<0.05).In22patientswithCRForalery-thomycinadministrationchangedneitherFGVsnorpostprandialresidualgalbladdervolumes.Radioim-munoassaywasemployedtomeasureplasmamotilinconcentration.TheresultsshowedthatmeanlevelofplasmamotilinofpatientswithCRFwasmuchhigherthanthatofnormalsubjects(P<0.01).TherewassighificantnegativecorrelationbetweenplasmamotilinlevelandFGVs.Itissuggestedthathyper-motilinemiamaybeoneofthemajorreasonsformotilitydisorderofgalbladderinpatientswithCRF. |
