儿童正常阑尾的高频超声显像分析

目的应用高频超声,观察分析儿童正常阑尾的显示率及声像图特点。方法选择无腹痛症状的儿童56例作为正常组,阑尾炎患儿46例作为对照组,采用高频超声进行检查,分析对比正常阑尾的声像图表现。结果儿童正常阑尾显示率为78.6%。正常阑尾与阑尾炎比较在壁厚、直径、可压缩性、彩色血流显像等方面差异均有统计学意义。结论高频超声可以显示儿童正常阑尾,认识正常阑尾的超声征象对于阑尾炎的鉴别有重要意义。

Diagnosis of children''s normal appendix by high-frequency ultrasound

Objective: To evaluate the rate of children's normal appendix with high-frequency ultrasound and display the characteristics of ultrasonography of the normal appendix.Methods: Fifty-six children which had no abdominal pain were selected as the normal group,and 46 children with appendicitis as the control group.The appearances of normal appendix using high-frequency ultrasound were analyzed and compared.Results: 78.6% of the normal appendix of children with ultrasound was detected with ultrasound;In comparison with appendicitis,normal appendix were different in diameters,mural thickness,compressibility,and color Doppler flow.Conclusion: The results of this study show that chidren's normal appendix can be detected with high-frequency ultrasound and it is very important to recognize the ultrasound features of normal appendix for the discrimination of appendicitis.
