影响不育患者心理健康因素分析

[目的]探讨影响不育症患者心理健康水平的因素。[方法]采用“症状自评量表”(SCL-90)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和社会支持评定量表对78例不育症患者进行心理评价。并经过多因素分析探讨影响其心理健康的因素。[结果]不孕症患者存在心理健康问题。不孕症患者的人格特征是外向不稳定型。神经质明显、文化程度高和受孕次数多。这几种因素可恶化不孕患者的心理健康水平;而男性、结婚距就诊时间长和主观支持多可改善不孕患者的心理健康水平。[结论]不孕症患者存在心理问题。有必要进行临床心理干预。且临床心理干预要有针对性。

Analysis of Factors on Influencing Mental Health of the Infertile Patients

To probe the factors influencing mental health of the infertile patients.Seventy-eight infertile patients were evaluated by "Symptom Checklist 90"(SCL-90), "Eysenck Personality Guestionnaire"(EPQ) and "Social Support Rating Scale", and to use statistical method of the stepwise regression.There was mental distress in the infertile patients. The personality characteristics of the infertile patients were the extraversion and labilization of emotion. The outstanding neuroticism, the higher culture degree, the more times of conception could deteriorate the mental distress of infertile patients. The gender of male, the long time of marriage, the more reception of support could extenuate the mental distress of infertile patients.[Conclusion]There are mental distress in the infertile patients. It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to infertile patients, put emphasis on psychological support direction.
