| 摘 要： | <正> 已经证实,前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)对免疫反应具有调节作用,尤其在体液免疫方面已有若干报道,但对细胞免疫反应的影响如何,研究较少。为此,我们在过去有关的两项实验基础上,重点观察了体内注射PGE_1对家兔细胞免疫反应的影响,实验过程中还对家兔淋巴细胞转化试验(简称淋转)方法作了一些改进,一并介绍如下。

The effect of PGE1 on cellular immune reaction in rabbits |

| Abstract: | In the present paper, the inhibitory effect of PGE1 on cellular immune reaction of rabbits and its mechanisms are described. Forty rabbits were used in 2 parts and the rabbits of each part were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. PGE1 (20Cμg/rabbit/day)was administered intravenously to the rabbits of experiment I for 31 clays and to those of experiment II for 9 days,while no drug was given to the animals of the control groups. The tests of cell-mediated function were carried out,including lymphocyte transformation tests and skin test of the delayed hyper sensitivity reaction.And at the same time the morphologic changes in lymph nodes and ears of the rabbits were studied, and the levels of cAMP and cGMP in blood plasma were determined. These results show the inhibitory effect of intravenous administration of PGE1 on the cell-mediated function of rabbits, which is related to changes in the level of cyclic nucleoside phosphate in blood plasma.Besides, the improved method of test of lymphocyte transformation was also introduced. |
