| 摘 要： | 目的建立蒲地兰消炎片质量标准。方法用TLC方法鉴别,RP-HPLC方法含量测定。结果TLC鉴别黄芩苷斑点清晰可辨,杂质无影响;黄芩苷线性范围为6.12-61.2μg.mL^-1,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为98.19%,RSD%为1.10%。结论该方法结果准确,重现性好,专属性强,可用于蒲地兰消炎片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quality standard of Pudilan Xiaoyan tablets.Methods The principal drug-Radix Seutellariae was identified by TLC and its active ingredient of Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results The dots of TLC was clear with a good separation degree.The linear of Baicalin was obtained in the range of 6.12~ 61.2 μg· L-1,and the average recovery was 98.19% with RSD of 1.1%.Conclusion The method was accurate and reliable with a specificity and can be used for the quality control of Pudilan Xiaoyan tablets. |
