| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿科风险管理的做法。方法对护士进行护理风险教育，细化并规范护理管理制度，注重健康教育和有效护患沟通，营造良好的团队氛围。结果护理投诉、护理缺陷明显减少，护理质量及患儿家长满意度提高。结论通过护理风险管理，护理人员的风险防范意识增强，应对和规避护理风险的能力提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of risk management in pediatric department. Method The management measure included providing nursing risk education for the nurses, standardizing nursing management regulations, strengthening health education and nurse - client communication, and creating favorable team atmosphere. Results The nursing complaints and defects decreased significantly, while the quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction were increased. Conclusion The risk management can enhance nurses＇ risk prevention awareness,improve their abilities to cope with and prevent nursing risks as well as promote the quality of nursing. |
