大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血后脑组织P53基因表达与细胞损伤

Objective　To studynew way of prevention and treatment for CVS following SAH.Methods　Weestablishted rat SAH model firstly,which includes control group,SAH group and CHXgroup.Then we detected rat cerebral tissue P⁵³ gene expression by DIG-RT-PCRmethod P⁵³ gene is almost normal in control and in CHX groups.It is overexpression in SAH group.Result　We found it is normal under microscopein control and in CHX groups.However,neurons damaged were severaly in SAH group.Conclusion　CVSafter SAH leads to cerebral ischemia in rat which induces P⁵³ gene overexpression in SAH group;There is relationship between P⁵³ gene over expressionand neuron damage;Cychloheximide can protect cerebral tissue by inhibit P⁵³gene expression.
