军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解SARS对军队医院发热门诊医护人员心理健康状况的影响。方法运用中科院心理研究所设计的心理测评量表 ,对 8所军队医院发热门诊和普通病房的医护人员进行心理问卷测评。结果 8所军队医院发热门诊医护人员躯体化、抑郁 2个因子评分明显高于普通病房医护人员 ,女性及护士心理状况评分高于男性及医生 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论需加强一线医护人员的心理健康保健工作 ,特别是对女性及护士给予关怀和帮助 ,以缓解其心理压力 ,使之保持积极健康的心态。

Investigation of the Mental Health Condition of Medical Staff in Fever Clinic of Military Hospitals

Objective To survey the influence of SARS on the mental health status of medical staff in fever clinic of military hospitals. Methods Using questionnaire method and psychology testing table designed by Psychology Academe of Chinese Academy of Science, the medical staff in fever clinic and common ward in 8 selected military hospitals were investigated during outbreak of SARS, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results During the outbreak of SARS, the factor analysis scores of somatization and depression in the medical staff in fever clinic of 8 selected military hospitals, were significantly higher than those of common ward, and those in women and nurses were higher than those in men and doctors(all P<0.05). There was significant correlation between mental health condition and sexual or occupation(all P<0.05). Conclusion It was important to psychologize the mental health of medical staff in fever clinic. Effective mental intervention strategies should be taken to improve the level of their mental health, especially to female staff.
