| 摘 要： | 目的:了解乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染父亲的新生儿群体中,HBV的感染和流行情况。方法:对230例慢性HBV感染的父亲和母亲HBV标志物(HBVM)阴性的新生儿进行HBVM测定,另一组无HBV感染的父亲和母亲的新生儿为对照组。结果:44名新生儿HBV DNA阳性(阳性率19.1%),对照组阴性。结论:HBV感染的男性其子代中有较高的HBV感染率,HBV可通过父婴垂直传播给新生儿。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the prevalence of hepatitis B virus(HBV)in the neonates whose fathers were chronic HBV carriers to study genetic transmission from the parents to their neonates.Methods:The HBV marker(HBVM)in 230 neonates whose fathers were HBsAg carriers and mothers were negative results for HBVM in serum was detec-ted in contrast with neonates whose parents had negative results for HBVM.Results:The positive HBV DNA in serum of 44 cases(19.1%)was detected from umbilical blood and that in the control group had negative result for HBVM.Conclusion:The HBV infectious rates of newborns whose fathers infected by HBV have relatively high.The hepatitis B virus can be transmitted by vertical infection between the fathers and their neonates. |
