| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中国道家认知疗法对脑卒中后抑郁及神经功能康复的影响。方法：随机将49例卒中患者分为认知疗法治疗组和对照组,在治疗前和治疗后4周、8周分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚卒中量表（MESSS）评分。结果：与对照组比较,8周后治疗组HAMD评分和MESSS评分的减分率均较高,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：中国道家认知疗法可明显改善卒中后抑郁的程度并能促进神经功能的康复。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To observe the effectiveness of Taoist cognitive psychotherapy on the depressive symptoms and nervous function of the stroke patients.Methods: 49 stroke patients with depressive symptoms were randomly divided into two groups.The efficacy was evaluated by HAMD and MESSS scales.Results: The scores of HAMD and MESSS were significantly decreased in treatment group compared with control groups.Conclusion: Taoist cognitive psychotherapy can significantly improve the depressive symptoms and neurological functions. |
