原发性肝细胞癌的CT诊断及鉴别诊断

摘    要:目的 检验螺旋CT在原发性肝细胞癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用。方法 分析59例HCC患者的CT图像,采用高质量平扫加增强扫描模式,层厚10mm,病灶处3mm薄层扫描。结果 绝大多数原发性肝细胞癌呈典型表现,即平扫表现为低或等密度,动脉期高密度,静脉期为低密度或高密度,延迟期为低密度。结论 CT扫描尤其是动态增强扫描是诊断原发性肝细胞癌的一种有效而准确的方法。

Abstract:Objectives To explore the value of spiral computerized tomography (CT) on the differential diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The CT images of 59 patients with Hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed, all images were scanned with high quality mode of normal scanning and enhancement scanning. The lift height is 10 millimeters, and 3 millimeters were select to scan diseased region. Results Most images were typical performance. There were low or same density at normal scanning, high-density at arterial phase of enhancement scanning, low or high density at venous phase of enhancement scanning and low density at delayed phase of enhancement scanning. Conclusion Spiral computerized tomography, especially dynamic enhancement scanning was a effective and accurate method of diagnosing the primary hepatocellular carcinoma.
