摘    要:目的 :探索医用可降解材料聚乙醇酸 (Polyglycolic Acid,PGA)与大鼠中枢神经系统脊髓的生物相容性。方法 :取成年 SD大鼠行腰 1脊髓左半切洞损伤 ,植入医用可降解材料聚乙醇酸纤维 ,术后分期取聚乙醇酸纤维行改良三色染色 ,同时部分标本用抗 GFAP单抗 ,抗 NF单抗免疫组织化学特异性染色胶质细胞和神经轴突。结果 :脊髓胶质细胞及神经元突起附着 PGA纤维迁移生长 ,随着时间延长 ,PGA纤维上细胞数量增多 ,神经突起长度增加 ,生长状态活跃。结论 :医用可降解材料聚乙醇酸与大鼠脊髓组织有较好的生物相容性

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the biocompatibitity of polyglycolic acid(PGA) with adult rat spinal cord.Methods:21 adult sprague-Dawley rat spinal cords were transected halfly at the L1 level and 2.5mm long unilateral cavities were surgically created,where PGA Filaments were transplanted.The morphological outcomes were evaluated with modified trichrome staining and immunohistochemistry using antibodies against glial fibrillary acidic protein and neurofilament three weeks later.Results:many glias and neurites grew vigorously on PGA Filament.With the time going,the quantity of glias and the length of neurites increased.Conclusion:PGA has good biocompatibility with adult rat spinal cord.
