茶多酚对D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠红细胞氧化损伤影响

摘    要:目的观察茶多酚对衰老小鼠红细胞氧化损伤的影响。方法对以D-半乳糖诱导衰老小鼠模型分别以低、中、高剂量的茶多酚灌胃30 d,测定小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,红细胞膜Na -K -ATPase活性和唾液酸含量。结果模型组红细胞SOD活性、Na -K -ATPase活性和唾液酸含量与正常对照组比较显著下降,茶多酚给药组小鼠红细胞SOD活性、细胞膜Na -K -ATPase活性和唾液酸含量较正常对照组明显增高,MDA含量降低,在各给药组中以茶多酚大剂量组的作用最强。结论茶多酚能增强机体抗氧化能力,减少自由基对生物膜的损伤,维持细胞膜的稳定性,具有抗衰老作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of tea polyphenol on red blood cells(RBC) in aging mice. Methods The aging mice induced by D-galactose were given tea polyphenol at different doses for 30 days.The activity of SOD and the MDA content in RBC,the activity of Na~ -K~ -ATPase and content of acetylneuraminic acid in RBC membrane were detected.Results Comparing with normal control group,the activity of SOD,Na~ -K~ -ATPase and the content of acetylneuraminic acid in model group declined;the activity of SOD and Na~ -K~ -ATPase,the content of acetylneuraminic acid elevated,but the amount of MDA declined.The optimal action of tea polyphenol appeared in high-dose group. Conclusion Tea polyphenol can enhance the antioxidant ability human body,reduce the damage of free radical to cell membrane,maintain the stability of cell membrane and it has antiaging effect.
