| 摘 要： | 目的 观察局部应用甘露醇治疗兔创伤性脑水肿的疗效。方法 应用骨窗成形硬膜打击法制备脑挫裂伤动物模型 ,实验组用甘露醇冲洗脑创面 ,对照组不用。按预定时间处死动物 ,测定脑组织含水量及血清髓鞘碱性蛋白。结果 实验组血清碱性蛋白及脑组织含水量较对照组低。结论 局部应用甘露醇可减轻继发性脑水肿。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of Mannitol on cerebral edema and brain damage after brain injury by local treatment. Methods: An rabbit model with brain injury was conducted to contusion by bone windowplasty with extradural hitting.The treated group was dealt with by local rinsing of 20% Mannitol,The control group was not treated accordingly and then the rabbits were killed in ordered time.The changes of moisture in brain tissues and serum myelin basic protein(MBP) were observed. Results: The percent of water content and MBP in the treated group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusions: Local using of Mannitol has an therapeutical effect on the secondary cerebral edema.ylocaltreatment.Methods: |
