潍坊市2004～2007年流行性乙型脑炎流行病学特征分析

目的了解潍坊市2004～2007年流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)流行情况,为乙脑预防控制提供流行病学依据。方法利用法定传染病报告数据进行乙脑描述流行病学分析。结果潍坊市2004～2007年乙脑报告发病率分别为0.36/10万、0.15/10万、0.12/10万、0.11/10万,报告病例主要集中在青州市、临朐县;报告病例中90%为(15岁成年人。结论潍坊市2004～2007年乙脑报告发病率逐年下降,表明乙脑预防控制取得了显著成效。

Epidemiological Analysis of the Japanese B Encephalitis in Weifang During 2004-2007.

Objective To understand the epidemic situation of Japanese B Encephalitis(JE)in Weifang during 2000-2007 and provide the scientific basis for controlling JE in the future.Methods The data of JE from NNDRS during 2004-2007 was analyzed by Exel2003.Results(1)During 2004-2007,the reported incidenceof JE is 0.36/100000,0.15/100000,0.12/100000,0.11/100000,respectively.(2)The JE cases were mainly reported in some Provinces including Qingzhou,Linqu Counties.(3)About 90% of the reported JE cases were adults greater than 15years old.Conclusion The results reveal that the reported incidence of JE has gradually decreased and suggest that the effectiveness of the Jeprevention and control has achieved enormous success.
