| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析296株铜绿假单胞菌的分布和耐药情况,为医院感染控制及临床合理用药提供依据。方法应用回顾性调查方法分析沈阳医学院奉天医院2010-01-01-2010-12-01分离到的296株铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药性。结果 296株铜绿假单胞菌主要来源于痰液标本,主要集中于呼吸内科、ICU等科室;其耐药率最低的是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦。结论铜绿假单胞菌是临床常见的病原菌,对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦有较高的敏感性,但总的耐药率仍很高,可根据药敏结果合理选择用药。 |
