维持性血液透析并心房颤动患者血清CRP测定及意义

目的 探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在维持性血液透析(MHD)并心房颤动(房颤)的发生与持续中的变化及意义.方法 选择MHD并房颤患者36例,其中阵发性房颤16例,持续性房颤20例(含永久性房颤).同时选择非房颤MHD患者32例为对照组.测定所有患者的CRP含量,并进行超声心动图检查,测量左房内径(1AD).结果 持续性房颤组血清CRP显著高于阵发性房颤组和对照组(P＜0.05).持续性房颤组LAD明显增大,与阵发性房颤组及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).阵发性房颤组LAD与对照组相比差异无统计学意义.持续性房颤组血清CRP与LAD之间呈正相关(r=0.61,P＜0.05).结论 炎症在MHD患者房颤发生和持续过程中具有重要意义.

Determination of serum CRP in patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with atrial fibrillation and its significance
