摘    要:目的 探讨血胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白对窒息新生儿肾功能损害的诊断价值.方法 选取新生儿窒息的新生儿80例为窒息组,按照新生儿窒息诊断标准又将其分为轻度组(45例)和窒息组(35例).选取无肾功能损害的非窒息新生儿32例为对照组.用酶联免疫吸附法测定患儿日龄3d内的血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)及血胱抑素(Cys C)尿微量蛋白α1微球蛋白(α1-M)、清蛋白(Alb)、β2微球蛋白(β2-M)的水平,比较各组间各指标的差异.结果 窒息组血Cys C、SCr、BUN水平较对照组增高(P<0.05),尿α1-M、Alb、β2-M较对照组显著增高,重度组升高更明显(P<0.01).结论 用血Cys C和尿微量蛋白联合检测对临床肾功能的监测有重要意义.
