| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺鳞状细胞癌临床表现、病理、鉴别诊断及综合治疗方法。方法通过1例乳腺鳞状细胞癌病例进行报告并文献复习。结果本例排除了其他部位肿瘤转移,且乳腺中的肿瘤与乳头及表皮无任何关系,病理结果只有鳞癌细胞巢的浸润,结合免疫组化结果,本例可确诊为乳腺鳞状细胞癌。结论乳腺鳞状细胞癌确诊须靠组织学诊断,并排除乳腺器官内、身体其他脏器或组织来源的鳞状细胞癌及其他类型的乳腺癌。治疗及预后争议较多,应根据肿瘤TNM分期决定治疗方案,首选手术治疗,术后放化疗。
