| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年原发性高血压HCY、Hs-CRP、LP(a)之间的相关性.方法 对170例老年原发性高血压分别测定Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)水平,分析其相关性.结果 四组Hs-CRP、HCY、LP(a)水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间多重比较,正常对照组与高血压各级组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；而各级老年高血压组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血浆HCY、Hs-CRP、LP(a)水平可作为老年原发性高血压发生发展的重要评估指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation of C-reactive protein（Hs-CRP）、lipoprotein（a） and homocysteine（HCY） in senile essential hypertension.Methods 170 patients with senile essential hypertension were detected with immunoassay and enzymic method respectively,and the correlation of Hs-CRP、HCY、 LP（a） were studied.Results Hs-CRP 、LP（a） and HCY plasma concentration were significantly different in patients of four groups（P0.05）,the difference was significant between normal control and hypertension groups（P0.05）,the level of Hs-CRP 、LP（a） and HCY of different grade hypertension group is different（P0.05）.Conclusions The level of plasma HCY 、Hs-CRP 、LP（a） may serve as sensitive indicator for the development in senile essential hypertension. |
