| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理在鼻咽癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 2002-2005年在中国医科大学附属盛京医院治疗鼻咽癌的患者68例,随机分为心理强化护理组(A组,n=34)和对照组(B组,n=34),两组给予相同的治疗方法和常规护理,A组在此基础上加强心理护理。观察两组住院时间、5a生存率及护理满意度等指标。结果与B组比较,A组的5a生存率显著升高,平均住院时间明显缩短,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌患者强化心理护理,可明显提高疗效,是一种可靠的辅助治疗方法。
