| 摘 要： | 检测28例围手术期恶性肿瘤患者输血前后血清免疫球蛋白（Ig）的水平。结果显示输血后10天内IgG、IgA、IgM普遍降低，差异显著（分别为P＜0．025，P＜0．05，P＜0．025）。而此后，3种Ig的改变差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。提示输血对围手术期恶性肿瘤患者体液免疫具有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The quantitative determinations of the Ig levels were made in 28 cases ill with pernicioustumour of perioperative blood transfusion. The results showed that IgG, IgM 'IgA of the patients generally descended within ten days of blood transfusions- IgG P<0. O25, lgM Pr0. 05,IgA P<0. 025. But after ten days there was no remarkable difference of the change ofIgG, IgM.IgA(P>0. 05)- The results displayed blood transfusions were possessed of checkto humoral immunity. |
