氨氯地平对慢性肾功能衰竭病人的糖耐量减退的影响

目的 :观察氨氯地平对慢性肾功能衰竭(CKF)病人糖耐量减退的效果。方法 :慢性肾功能衰竭病人 30例为氨氯地平组 (男性 16例 ,女性 14例 ,年龄 54a±s6a)用氨氯地平片 5mg ,po ,qd ,8wk为一个疗程 ;另设正常组 (为健康人 ) 30例 (男性15例 ,女性 15例 ;年龄 50a± 7a) ,与氨氯地平组相同作葡萄糖耐量试验及各生化指标检测 ,并作比较。结果 :氨氯地平组糖耐量试验与正常组比较呈糖耐量减退 ,治疗后好转 ,峰值左移 (由治疗前峰值 12 0min移至 60min) ;且其中 2 1例 ( 70 % )于 180min时血糖已恢复到正常值 ;治疗后血浆胰岛素升高15.7mU·L- 1± 2 .2mU·L- 1(P <0 .0 1) ;甲状旁腺激素下降 2 .1ng·L- 1± 0 .9ng·L- 1(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氨氯地平能改善CKF病人的糖代谢紊乱

Influence of amlodipine on glucose tolerance decrease in patients with chronic kidney failure

AIM: To observe the efficacy of amlodipine on glucose tolerance decrease in patients with chronic kidney failure (CKF). METHODS: Thirty patients as amlodipine group (M16,F14;age 54 a±s 6 a) with CKF were treated with amlodipine 5 mg, po, qd for 8 wk. Another 30 health volunteers as control group (M15, F15; age 50 a±7 a) were made glucose tolerance test and insulin (Ins), parathyroid hormone (PTH), BUN, Scr, Ca 2+ and P examination and comparison. RESULTS: Peak value of blood glucose 120 min move to the left at 60 min, after the course of treatment (P<0.01). The value of blood glucose of 21 in 30 patients (70 %) return to normal in 180 min(P<0.01). The value of blood Ins after teatment was higher (15.7 mU·L -1 ±2.2 mU·L -1 ) than before treatment, the differnce was obvious (P<0.01). The value of blood PTH was decreased 2.1 ng·L -1 ±0.9 ng·L -1 , the difference was significant after treatment and before treatment (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Amlodipine can improve the glucose metabolism disorder of patients with CKF.
